We like to keep things simple! All orders ship anywhere in the U.S. for a flat $5 rate.

• Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

• Once your order is on its way, you’ll get an email with tracking details so you can follow it right to your door.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase! Because each item is made and packed with care, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged.

• If something isn’t right, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at hello@adkmemories.com.

• Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.
